Have you worked out your average yearly client value? Based on what they pay on average per month x how many months of the year they pay you

Have you worked out a marketing funnel and infrastructure that can scale up your business to the size you want it to get to?

Are you open to major business model changes if needed to enable you to scale up your business as you want to in order to achieve your exit plan?
